Comprehensive reading instrument: unified reading of multi-source data and rapid on-site analysis

Comprehensive Readout (Unit)

The comprehensive reading instrument is not a single measurement tool, but a data aggregation platform that can be connected to different sensors such as vibrating wire, differential resistance, and standard voltage and current. In the field, one device replaces multiple single-function reading meters, reducing the trouble of carrying and switching, and keeping the data format consistent. More and more monitoring projects require the simultaneous recording of multiple physical quantities, and comprehensive reading instruments precisely solve this practical problem. It centralizes the originally scattered collection tasks, the operator does not have to repeatedly change equipment, and the measurement process is more consistent. Kingmach has accumulated considerable product experience In geotechnical and structural monitoring, and knows that what users really need is stable, intuitive and durable equipment. Therefore, our comprehensive readouts are designed with long-term availability in mind, rather than stacked parameters. Flexible channel configuration is reserved inside the instrument, and the acquisition method and data processing rules can be adjusted according to project needs, ranging from single-point testing to long-term automated observation.

Technical Detail

Configured around process stability, mold life, and long-term uptime.

Kingmach's comprehensive readout is a field-oriented data collection terminal whose core advantages lie in compatibility and scalability. It can directly connect to various types of measuring elements such as vibrating wire sensors, differential resistance sensors, potentiometers, standard current and voltage signals, etc., without relying on additional conversion modules. The instrument is equipped with a multi-channel parallel acquisition circuit inside, and with the signal conditioning unit, it can read the values of multiple sensors simultaneously or sequentially, and unify them into digital output. The operation interface uses a full Chinese menu, and guided steps reduce the difficulty of getting started. The screen displays real-time data and basic statistical information, and supports USB flash drive export and historical data review. For projects that require special communication protocols, we provide customized firmware services, such as uploading collected data to the cloud platform through RS485 or GPRS modules in specified message formats. Structurally, the instrument adopts a moisture-proof and earthquake-resistant chassis, which is suitable for outdoor environments such as tunnels, foundation pits, and slopes. Battery life has been optimized to meet all-day intensive use on a single charge. In terms of after-sales service, Kingmach provides two-year warranty and firmware upgrade support to ensure that the equipment can adapt to new sensors and communication standards in the long term.

FAQ

Common technical questions

What types of sensors can be connected to the comprehensive reading instrument?

Supports vibrating wire, differential resistance, potentiometer and 0-5V/4-20mA standard signal sensors. Special interfaces can be customized.

How to export data? Does it support remote transmission?

With a standard USB port, you can export a CSV table by plugging in a USB flash drive. If you install a communication module, you can also send data to the monitoring center through GPRS or radio.

Is the on-site operation complicated? Is it easy to press the wrong button?

The instrument menu is in Chinese, and common functions are given independent buttons. There is basically no need to enter the deep menu for daily measurements. There are text prompts for each operation, so novices can get started quickly.

Can the device be used in a humid or dusty environment?

The chassis is sealed, and the circuit board has a moisture-proof coating, which complies with the IP65 protection level. It is no problem in general outdoor environments.

If a new sensor is replaced in the future, can it continue to be used?

The firmware can be upgraded to increase support for new sensor types. We provide lifetime firmware update services, and there is no need to replace the device if the sensor is replaced midway through the project.
